At Gielivi, each piece is prepared with care and intention. Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom wreaths require additional preparation time and may take up to 5–7 business days to complete before shipment.

We prioritize craftsmanship and presentation to ensure every item meets our quality standards before leaving our studio. 

Once dispatched, orders are shipped via standard domestic carriers and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on location.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships. 

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Gielivi is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address
information. 

During seasonal releases or high-volume periods, processing times may
be slightly extended.
